Refused to help the man in front of me, asked me if I could wait while he eagerly assisted the three women that were in line BEHIND me. I have a call on to corporate. I'm chasing this to the end. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Have had a box here for several year now and the service has been terrible the whole time. We had set up mail forwarding on a schedule and they just stopped forwarding our mail for no reason and we missed some important documents as a result. Whenever we order packages, they call us a few days later and threaten to start charging us to hold packages. At first this threat was just because of the holiday season, but now it's every time we don't pick up packages after a few days. The staff are rude and curt with customers and management is not any better. The entire purpose of a mailbox is to be able to receive and hold mail for you when you can't immediately pick it up. Avoid this service here at all costs!By gwynne barker, July 01, 2017
